Extensive training in myofascial release, neuro-muscular repatterning, and anatomical pathology ensures every movement is safe, precise, and structurally effective. My technique is slow, steady and deep allowing your nervous system and muscle to resort back to their baseline state.
Intuitive Arts: Shamanic Lineage
With multiple years of study and initiated into traditional earth-based energy practices; this allows me to read the nervous system's subtle cues, tracking somatic trauma and energetic stagnancy that classical anatomy cannot map. I weave the emotional and physical body together.

Preparing For Your Session
Clear boundaries and preparation create a safe container for your healing journey. Review our logistical guidelines below, and if you have an unlisted query, our alchemists are ready to assist.
How should I prepare my space for an in-home session?
Please ensure a quiet, dimly lit room with at least 8x8 feet of cleared floor space. We encourage setting a personal intention, minimizing digital distractions, and maintaining an optimal room temperature for deep somatic relaxation.
What is your mobile travel radius?
Our standard sanctuary coverage extends to a 15-mile radius from the studio. Travel beyond this perimeter can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and will incur a modest journey fee to cover time and logistics.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To honor the dedicated container of our practitioners, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any realignment of your scheduled time. Cancellations within the 48-hour window forfeit the initial booking deposit.
Do I need to provide my own equipment or props?
All necessary restorative tools - including our specialized treatment table, linens, botanical oils, and auditory soundscapes - are brought to your location. You only need to arrive in loose, comfortable clothing.
