Clinical Grounding: Licensed Massage Therapist
Extensive training in myofascial release, neuro-muscular repatterning, and anatomical pathology ensures every movement is safe, precise, and structurally effective. My technique is slow, steady and deep allowing your nervous system and muscle to resort back to their baseline state.
Intuitive Arts: Shamanic Lineage
With multiple years of study and initiated into traditional earth-based energy practices; this allows me to read the nervous system's subtle cues, tracking somatic trauma and energetic stagnancy that classical anatomy cannot map. I weave the emotional and physical body together.
The Flow of Your Mobile Session
I honor the physical form as a sacred anchor. By bringing the practice to your personal space, we eliminate the jarring transition of travel, allowing you to sink immediately into a deeply grounded state of healing.
The Arrival
I will arrive at the scheduled time. We will establish where we will be working for the session. Set-up only takes about 10 minutes. From there we will re-visit what you would like worked on for that session.
The Realignment
Then we get to work. This is not your typical spa massage. Hands-on manual therapy. Deep, slow, intentional touch woven with your nervous system in mine to release the old energy, ease aches and pains and guide your physical body back to center.
The Integration
Grounding follow-up. Take your time coming back to the present. Aferall this is why you chose mobile. A quiet period of recalibration, followed by personalized recommendations to support your continued integration of the work we did.

Preparing For Your Session
Clear boundaries and preparation create a safe container for your healing journey. Review some answers to common questions, and if you have an unlisted question, click the button below.
How should I prepare my space for an in-home session?
Please ensure a quiet, room with at least 8x10 feet of cleared floor space.
If you have animals, please try to contain them or ensure they will not be underfoot.
I encourage setting a personal intention, minimizing digital distractions, and maintaining an optimal room temperature of your preference for deep somatic relaxation.
I will come prepared with music but you are more then welcome to play your own music.
What is your mobile travel radius?
My service area is: Central Oklahoma City, Edmond, Guthrie, Arcadia, Luther, Wellston, Chandler, Stillwater.
Keep in mind that when you book a session with me, the date and time you select is simply a preference request. Due to the nature of Mobile Services I have to take into account travel time and what area I will be in.
Travel beyond this perimeter can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and will incur a trip fee to cover time and logistics. Contact me via the form above to see if your request can be accommodated.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To honor the dedicated container of my practice, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any realignment of your scheduled time. Reschedules and Cancellations within the 48-hour window forfeit the session fee.
Do I need to provide my own equipment or props?
I bring all necessary equipment - including our treatment table, linens, botanical oils, massage lotion and music - to your location. You only need to have your space prepared for my arrival.
How do I go about scheduling again as an established client?
You have the opportunity to create your Client Portal account and within that account you will see links to book your session with me. Again, this is for clients who have already had their first session together.
Is this a professional massage or ... ?
Yes, this is a professional massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Oklahoma. Absolutely ZERO tolerance will be had for any suggestive behavior.
